Service Scope
VPNGrow provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel provides the client and subscription access; specific plan details are those shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
Subscriptions provide network connectivity and do not include accounts, paid features, or usage licenses for third-party websites, streaming services, or AI tools. Access to third-party services remains subject to their regional policies, account status, and rules. Use of this service does not change the rights or obligations between users and third parties.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. Do not publish, rent, resell, or share your account or subscription with others. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password and report it through a ticket in the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit distributing a subscription to unspecified users or reselling it as a business. Traffic from multiple devices counts toward the same subscription; check usage and plan status in the panel.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. See the pricing page for prices and traffic allowances; check your selected billing option before payment.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to the relevant services, and must not use this service for unlawful purposes. You may not use the routes for network attacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, or accessing another person's systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
Respect third-party platform rules. Do not impair others' normal use through automated abuse, malicious requests, or interference with network resources. You are responsible for content you submit, transmit, or publish; this service does not replace obtaining relevant permissions or meeting legal obligations.
Availability and Liability
Network performance depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routes, the status of destination services, and maintenance. VPNGrow does not guarantee that any particular region or third-party service will always be accessible, or promise fixed speeds, latency, or uninterrupted connections.
If an issue occurs, first check your client and subscription status, then consult the Help Center or submit a ticket. VPNGrow will investigate issues within the scope of this service. Liability for third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control is determined by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Payments and Refunds
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a ticket in the user panel, with order details that help us verify your purchase. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied to request a refund.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Refund verification and processing updates are communicated through tickets; these terms do not promise an unconfirmed payout timeframe. Do not provide passwords, complete subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials when submitting information. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious interference with the service, or account theft, VPNGrow may restrict connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account. Actions should be proportionate to the risk; if you disagree with an action, you may request a review through a ticket. Account actions and refunds are assessed separately under these terms and applicable law.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits attached to orders already placed. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling.
