Use-case overview

Cross-border access, routes for every use case

IEPL private line · Route guide

Focus on consistent use, not a one-off reading

When using international websites in the evening, what matters is whether pages keep loading, videos play without repeated buffering, and file transfers finish without interruption. VPNGrow offers IEPL private lines, relayed routes and direct routes. Choose based on your location and destination. Compare them during the hours you normally use the services you need. If a route does not suit your current network, try another route in the same region before switching regions. Performance also depends on your local network and the destination website; route type alone cannot replace checking the actual connection.

Bank-grade encryption · Connection protection

Protect your connection and keep your subscription secure

VPNGrow uses bank-grade encryption to add protection to cross-border network connections. On public Wi-Fi, still check website addresses, keep your browser's security checks enabled, and get clients and subscription details from the user panel. Treat your subscription link like a password: it contains access credentials, so don't post it publicly or send it to strangers. No email is needed to create an account; just use a username and password. Keep your login details safe. Connection encryption and account security serve different purposes, and neither replaces the other.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

Add devices without juggling slots

Use a desktop for work, a tablet for reading and other devices for video—all with one VPNGrow subscription and unlimited simultaneous connections. Apps are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with setup options for each system. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices connected at once, not unlimited data; plan your usage according to the data included in your chosen plan. Before adding devices, make sure your account is controlled by someone you trust. Don't share subscription credentials publicly, so you can keep track of usage and manage connections.

AI tools · Network access guide

Check web access and API requests separately

When using AI web tools, check that sign-in, sending prompts and receiving results all work smoothly. For API calls from a development environment, also confirm that requests use the intended route. A page opening in your browser does not mean your editor or command line is using the same network settings. When accessing tools such as Cursor, keep the region consistent while checking client settings and which apps use the proxy. VPNGrow provides network connectivity; third-party account eligibility, regional policies, model access and billing are determined by those providers. A subscription does not include access rights to those services.

Streaming · Check your current route

Check content libraries separately from playback quality

Content libraries and access rules for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and HBO vary by region and platform policy. Before choosing a route, check which region the content is available in, then connect through the corresponding route and try playing it. Reaching the home page does not mean every title will be available. Video quality also depends on your membership, device, player settings and local network. If the results don't change after switching regions, check the app cache and connection scope. VPNGrow makes it easy to compare access across routes; actual results depend on the current route and the platform's response.

60-day refund policy

Include your everyday use cases in your evaluation

Choosing a subscription means checking more than regional coverage: consider your devices, network environment and usual hours of use. VPNGrow offers a 60-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for application details. After getting started, test everyday tasks such as research, work apps and video playback, and keep your order details in the user panel. If you have connection trouble, note your operating system, client messages and selected region before contacting support through a ticket. Don't expose passwords or full subscription links in screenshots. Refunds and technical support are separate; choose the appropriate option for your needs.

Popular regions and route types

120+ countries / 240+ routes. The table below shows example regions and does not indicate an active connection on your device.

Choose a route based first on the region where your destination service is available, then on how it performs on your local network. For services in Asia, compare Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore first; for content in other regions, choose the relevant country. A nearby location isn't always best for every app, and routes in the same region can perform differently depending on how they are connected.

IEPL private lines, relayed routes and direct routes describe how connections are arranged, not a fixed ranking of performance. For continuous video playback, remote work or extended research, judge how smoothly the actual task runs rather than relying on route labels. If an app displays an account or regional restriction, troubleshoot that separately from ordinary connection issues; repeatedly switching routes may not solve the underlying problem.

Route status guide

Values in the list are for comparing routes only; they are not measurements from your device. Actual access also depends on your local network and the destination service.

To see your account's route options and subscription details, sign in to the user panel. The connection shown in the device illustration does not represent an actual network connection.

Clients and subscription access for five platforms

Get the client for your operating system. Sign in to the user panel to access your subscription.

Sign in to get clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux. The iOS download link is available based on your active plan status in the user panel.

Get your subscription from the panel, then check the connection

For your first setup, follow these steps: create an account, choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into the client, and check the connection. No email is needed; use a username and password. After installing the client, import your subscription as directed in the user panel. Confirm that the route list appears, then choose a region suited to the app you want to use. Opening the client doesn't necessarily mean you're connected—open the website you need to access and check it directly.

Network permissions, background operation and app proxy settings vary between operating systems. If your browser works but another app doesn't, first check whether that app is included in the client's connection scope. On Android, check whether the system's battery-saving settings affect background connections. Find setup details in the Guides section to avoid mixing configurations from different sources.

Add devices using your account, not by sharing credentials publicly

One subscription supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so there's no need to keep signing out of your everyday devices. Use a client suited to each device's operating system and check that the subscription has updated successfully. After changing devices or reinstalling an app, return to the user panel for the latest instructions instead of relying on old files from unknown sources.

A subscription link isn't an ordinary web address; it may grant access to routes. If you need to share a screenshot for help, hide the full link, password and other account details. Look up the relevant category in the Help Center, then describe the issue in a user panel ticket. There's no need to upload personal configuration to a public page.

Monthly plans and data packages

Monthly plans are for ongoing use; data packages last until used and never expire.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9 /month

For lighter use focused on websites, email and research, with little video. Estimate your actual usage rather than choosing a larger plan based only on the number of devices.

  • 60GB of data per month
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28 /month

For data-heavy use such as video and large file transfers. Actual usage varies with video quality, viewing time and download habits.

  • 500GB of data per month
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so check the monthly allowance before choosing.

Data packages · Never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

If you only need access for research, travel or occasional work, a data package lets you use data as needed without planning around fixed monthly periods. Packages last until used and never expire. They use a different billing model from monthly plans, so compare how consistently you use the service rather than looking only at the one-time price.

Consider how you'll use data before comparing plans

When choosing a plan, start by reviewing your main activities: reading text and research generally use data differently from continuous video or file downloads. Adding devices doesn't necessarily mean usage will rise sharply; what matters is what those devices are doing. If you're not sure how much data you need, check your usage in the panel to understand your habits before changing plans. Don't treat someone else's usage as a fixed budget for yourself.

Comparing services is about more than the number of route names. Consider whether coverage includes the regions you need, whether clients support your usual systems, whether data reset rules are clear, and whether refund and help options are easy to find. VPNGrow lists these details across its routes, plans, Guides and Terms pages for easy comparison.

Payment methods and service protections

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Choose a plan and pay in the user panel; check the plan name, data allowance and price on your order before paying. After payment, use the panel to access your subscription and client instructions. You won't need to search the marketing pages for installation files or subscription links.

VPNGrow offers a 60-day refund policy. Read the Terms of Service for eligibility details. For order or connection issues, sign in and submit a support ticket. Include your operating system, the app you're using, your selected region and any messages you see; this is more helpful than simply saying “connection issue.” Never share account or subscription credentials publicly.
